My purpose is to sell your home within your specified time parameters, for the highest and best price in today’s real estate market. I will fully promote and market your property, represent your best interests, negotiate a strong contract of sale for you and ensure a smooth escrow period. Following is part of my plan.
LIST your property with the Multiple Listing Service Network outlining the individual specifications and features, and present this before the approximate 3500 Realtors in our area who represent qualified buyers.
ADVERTISE your property in the Reno Gazette-Journal ‘Home Finder’ section and in specialized Chase International newspaper runs. Additional full color ads will be placed in Homes and Land Magazine and any other relevant trade publications.
PROMOTE your property by electronic media. Your property will also be showcased on the Internet at different websites including; NevadaNet.com, Chase Nation.com and on my personal website AtHomeinReno.com.
CREATE a specialized, full color brochure that highlights all the features, amenities and details of your property. This may also include photographs, parcel map and floor plans. This brochure will be available to buyers on display in your home and at information display on your Chase International yard sign.
OFFER unlimited open house tours 24 hours a day via the Internet. On my website, AthomeinReno.com, a potential buyer across the country or across town can view detailed listing information and panoramic interior and exterior photographs of your property.
HELP to ensure your safety and protect your real and personal property by screening all interested prospects and prequalifing potential buyers, assure they are escorted by a licensed Realtor, and personally track all showing appointments, feedback and inquiries made by Realtors and home buyers.
DEFINE consult and advise on all real estate contracts, documents and paperwork from the initial listing period through the close of escrow. Negotiate the strongest transaction possible to fulfill your best interests and maximize your net proceeds, and work closely with title officers to ensure a smooth close of escrow.
